In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. k1gem may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform.
